Return to MuteCall and confirm the state moves from Teams app detected to Teams is connected.

Enable the required Teams setting and verify the app can see the desktop client.
Outcome
MuteCall can see Teams and reports the correct readiness state.
What success looks like
- Teams is running on your Mac.
- MuteCall no longer reports that the API is unavailable.
- You can move forward to shortcut setup.
If this does not work
- If Teams is not detected, make sure the desktop app is actually open.
- If Teams app detected remains visible, re-check the Privacy setting and restart Teams.
- If the app still does not connect, continue to the troubleshooting guide.
